Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in technology management, IT governance, or corporate IT leadership
  • Proven experience establishing technology governance frameworks and business continuity programmes
  • Strong background in managing multi-country IT operations across Africa
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and modern IT service management
  • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (ITIL, COBIT, ISO 27001)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to translate technical matters into business impact
  • Experience managing IT vendors and service delivery contracts
  • Excellent problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset

Responsibilities

  • Technology Governance & Resilience
  • Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning across all Cellulant markets
  • Establish and maintain technology governance frameworks and policies
  • Corporate IT & End-User Services
  • Provide operational leadership for Corporate IT and end-user technology services across all regions
  • Ensure secure, efficient, and auditable onboarding and offboarding processes in partnership with People & Culture
  • Oversee collaboration tools (Google Workspace/Microsoft 365), endpoint management, and workplace technology services
  • Standardise and optimise corporate IT services for a consistent employee experience across countries
  • Vendor & Financial Management
  • Manage IT vendors and service providers, ensuring SLA adherence, cost-effectiveness, and service quality
  • Own Corporate IT budgets and contribute to technology cost optimisation initiatives
