Their single API platform Tingg processes millions of daily transactions for airlines, telecoms, e-commerce, and ride-hailing businesses across Africa. As Senior Product Manager, you will own and drive strategy and execution for an entire product line within Tingg — Cellulant's B2B payment platform serving businesses across Kenya, Nigeria, Zambia, Ghana, Uganda, and Tanzania. Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or API platform products
  • Experience with platform and API product management including developer experience and ecosystem partnerships
  • Track record of shipping impactful products in multi-country, multi-currency, multi-regulatory environments
  • Experience with GTM planning for both existing and zero-to-PMF products
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills
  • Background in or strong understanding of payment infrastructure (cards, mobile money, bank integrations, USSD)
  • Experience mentoring or coaching other product managers

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full product discovery cycle from opportunity identification through solution validation and delivery
  • Apply continuous discovery and empowered-team principles to deliver sustained business impact
  • Shape how your product line evolves and coach fellow Product Managers
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact features
  • Define success metrics and track product performance across multiple African markets
  • Build deep customer empathy by engaging directly with African businesses and their consumers
  • Contribute to GTM planning for new and existing products across six African markets
