Job Description
KCB Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Cash Management based in Kenya.
Reporting to the Head, Cash Management, the position will be responsible for leading Product Development and supporting Cash Management team in driving Non-Funded Income (NFI), collection (liabilities) and payment solutions to deepen business volumes.
The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years work experience in Banking, five of which should be in Transaction Banking or Cash Management solutions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized University.
- At least 10 years work experience in Banking.
- Five years experience in Transaction Banking or Cash Management solutions.
- Vast experience in product development, support, and implementation.
- Commercial Awareness and Business Acumen with ability to identify opportunities for revenue generation.
- Technologically savvy and appreciation of current ICT trends.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Drive product monitoring and control of Cash Management products in liaison with Cash Management BDMs and Relationship Managers.
- Ensure implementation and cascade of all appropriate procedures in line with requirements.
- Ensure adherence to established policies, processes, procedures and tools for optimal efficiency and compliance.
- Stakeholder management to ensure alignment on delivery of Cash Management products.
- Restructure products when necessary and manage the restructuring process.
- Review existing products and continuously improve on them.
- Formulate effective product documentation, policies and procedures.
- Issue resolution in relation to Cash Management products together with the Product support team.
- Contribute to the formulation of the sales budget and pricing process including concessions.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify areas of improvement.
- Responsible for implementation of all Compliance, Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions related requirements.
- Provide impactful recommendations based on internal data, external trends, competitive forces and technology advancements.
- Provide regional strategic input for the Cash Management products.
