Job Description
Responsible for the revenue and architecture of Unified Communications and Collaboration (UC&C) solutions for existing and prospective customers, working closely with Senior stakeholders and Executives within MTN throughout the sales cycle. The solution will span across the capabilities of MTN and its partners.

Relevant OEM UC&C, Cloud and Security Certifications: Huawei, Cisco, Avaya, Meta switch etc. Minimum 5 years experience in Information Technology and Presales.

Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering (Master's degree preferred)
- Deep understanding of Unified Communication and Collaboration, cloud networking and security technology.
- Prior professional services/consulting background.
- Experience in global/multinational enterprises and emerging markets.
- Commercial (TCO) and architecture led experience of 3-5 years.
Responsibilities
- Use commercial acumen to translate customer requirements into working solutions within customer budgets.
- Present business cases to Senior Management for approval, funding and prioritization.
- Work in cross-functional teams to define, deliver and support design and development of UC&C technology solutions.
- Participate in supplier selection process, evaluating usefulness and cost of products.
- Keep abreast of current and future trends and contribute to UC&C Products and Services roadmap development.
- Provide pre-sales technical support on security, cost, performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Anchor account management and go-to-market activities for key clients across segments and regions.
- Support continuous technical relationships with customers and partners to ensure high satisfaction.
- Provide technical input on pricing for tenders and proposals.
