If you are a result-driven person with a passion for providing exceptional client service, then this opportunity is for you! We’re looking for a Merchant Account Supervisor to join our dynamic Merchant Success team. You'll be responsible for managing the roll-out of corporate merchant products and supervising corporate merchant activities to ensure effective deployment, branding, training, and transaction rates across a specific merchant portfolio, within our merchant network. In this role, you'll; Contact and visit merchants regularly, especially when their volume of activity drops. Meet with corporate partners’ top management every cycle to review performance and strengthen collaboration. Process merchant Previous experience conducting field-related merchant activities, including acquiring and onboarding merchants and ensuring they meet Wave criteria. Have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. We have a rapidly growing in-country team in Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Mali, Burkina Faso, The Gambia, Uganda, Niger, Sierra Leone, and Cameroon plus remote team members spread across the world.
