Job Description
Sun Power Limited is seeking a Solar Technical & Training Lead to drive excellence in solar delivery. You will train internal teams and third-party partners while providing high-level on-site supervision for solar installations. This is ideal for a technical expert with 5+ years of experience who excels in quality control and technical training. Join us to set new energy standards in Nigeria. B.Eng or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or a related field. COREN/NSE membership is a plus. 5 or more years of experience in Solar PV (Hybrid/Off-grid), with at least 2 years in a supervisory or training role. Deep knowledge of Hybrid Inverters, Lithium storage, and DC/AC protection systems. Strong communication skills to manage and lead local contractor crews. High integrity, zero-tolerance for technical shortcuts, and process-driven approach.

Responsibilities
