Responsible for translating needs and performance requirements into behaviorally-based learning products, with a view to designing and developing the content and materials that will enable learners, trainers and other stakeholders to achieve those outcomes for online, face-to-face, and micro credential courses. Present/train the content to trainers in train-the-trainer sessions. Dealing with Internal stakeholders: Operations- Capacity 100% - No External stakeholders. 3+ years of experience in instructional design or learning content development, preferably in a corporate or SSC environment.
