Inbound/Outbound Supervision: Actively coordinate the unloading of shuttles. Ensure every package is scanned without delay and stored in the correct zone. Returns Management (RTO): Daily sort and scan expired packages to return them to the central sorting center without errors. Maintenance of Order: Guarantee perfect organization of the back-office to ensure fast customer service. Task Allocation: Assign roles to junior operators, such as counter service or scanning, based on customer flow. Continuous Training: Support new agents on the ground by demonstrating tool usage and customer service standards. Back-up Management: Take charge of the Hub in the Manager's absence to ensure continuity of service and reporting. Queue Management: Intervene during peak traffic periods to accelerate package delivery and clear the counter. Escalation: Handle dissatisfied customers or complex cases, such as incorrect PIN codes or system discrepancies. Inventories: Assist the Manager in physical counts to identify stock gaps. Quality Control: Verify that equipment like scanners and POS terminals are functional at the start of the day.
