Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in collections, with at least 3 years leading a team
- Proven track record of hitting targets in high-volume outbound dialler environments
- Deep experience monitoring loan performance including NPL levels, roll rates, and cure rates
- Practical experience with skip tracing and account escalation strategies
- Experience managing third-party debt collection agencies is a plus
- Strong systems thinking with ability to connect agent behavior to portfolio performance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and develop a team
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular call audits and coaching sessions to ensure team remains professional, relatable, and effective
- Ensure every interaction is documented accurately and follows both regulatory rules and internal human-first principles
- Identify high-risk accounts and recommend the best path forward whether intensive follow-up or field recovery
- Manage and coach a team of collection agents to hit daily and monthly targets, serving as mentor to help them master the art of negotiation
- Monitor assigned loan buckets closely, tracking roll rates, cure rates, and liquidation performance to stop portfolio decay before it starts
- Monitor key metrics including RPC, contact rates, AHT, and productivity per agent and fix gaps immediately with clear factual plans
- Oversee skip tracing and field recovery alignment, ensuring the right tools are used to reach the right people at the right time
