Role
Seeking a
Warehouse & Inventory
Supervisor to lead macadamia quality, drying, and dispatch operations.

Responsibilities Quality control Ensure that all NIS meet quality standards by teaming up with the quality team while making sure to comply with regulatory factory requirements for percent good quality in addition to other quality thresholds (Insect damage, mould, immature, undersize) Team Management Manage and mentor a team of receiving, warehouse and dispatch staff and ICs ensuring proper training and adherence to safety protocols.
NIS Handling Manage the handling of the NIS during offloading and dryer loading with the help from the clerks and ensure proper record is maintained for both receiving and dryer loading.
Reporting Generate daily stock reports IN and OUT stock movement within the warehouse and the shop floor for the senior management decision making.
Waste Management Minimize nuts waste during the offloading and drying process and record the weight for stock reconciliation.

Requirements
