Requirements

  • Knowledge of community engagement, marketing, or social behavior change in rural settings.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or adoption-focused roles within the development or social impact sector.
  • Ability to design farmer-centered communication and outreach strategies
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Coaching and facilitation skills to build field officers and field directors marketing capacity. (Nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Design and lead farmer-centered adoption approaches that drive enrollment and trust.
  • Develop practical farmer-facing messaging tools and ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Continuously refine adoption approaches using farmer feedback, enrollment outcomes, and field observation.
  • Design and lead farmer-centered adoption approaches that drive enrollment and trust.
  • Translate program offerings into simple, compelling value propositions grounded in farmers’ realities, constraints, and priorities.
  • Design and coordinate community engagement and mobilization approaches that improve turnout, understanding, and informed decision-making.
  • Moderate data analysis (Google Sheets, dashboards) and ability to interpret adoption trends and translate insights into field actions.
