How much do gardeners earn in Kampala?▼
A one-time lawn mow and tidy is UGX 30,000 to 60,000. A weekly contract for a 1/4-acre compound is UGX 150,000 to 300,000 a month. Monthly contracts are where the steady money is — most gardeners on the platform aim for 4-6 regular clients.
What if I do not own tools?▼
Many clients have their own slasher, panga and rake. You can mark "I will use the client's tools" in your profile. Just be honest about it. Tools you bring yourself can be added to the price.
How does payment work?▼
Mobile money escrow. Buyer pays before the visit, you do the work, buyer confirms, we release the funds to your mobile money. Weekly and monthly contracts can be set up to auto-renew.
How quickly will I get my first job?▼
