Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science or related field
- Working knowledge of Library Management Systems (Koha, Alma, or similar)
- Familiarity with information-literacy standards and reference services
- Strong customer-service, communication, and computer skills
- Commitment to UCU's Christian values
Responsibilities
- Support library services at the UCU Main Library — cataloguing, reference support, and reader services
- Assist users in accessing print and electronic resources including OPAC and e-databases
- Support acquisition, processing, and shelving of new materials
- Contribute to information-literacy sessions for students and staff
- Maintain accurate library records in the Library Management System
- Support the daily running of circulation, reserves, and reference sections
