Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science or related field
- Working knowledge of a Library Management System (Koha, Alma, or similar) is an advantage
- Strong customer-service, communication, and computer skills

Responsibilities
- Support Library operations at the UCU Main Library including circulation, shelving, and stock maintenance
- Assist students and staff at the circulation desk with borrowing, returning, and reservations
- Support cataloguing, classification, and processing of new library materials
- Help maintain the accuracy of the Library Management System (Koha or similar)
- Provide user assistance for e-resources, OPAC searches, and reference queries
- Ensure library rules, order, and cleanliness are maintained
