Job Description
TotalEnergies EP Uganda is looking for a motivated Graduate Trainee in Biodiversity to support its environmental stewardship and sustainability commitments across its Uganda operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, Zoology, Biology, Wildlife Management, or related discipline
- Graduated within the last 2 years (class of 2024 or 2025)
- Passion for environmental conservation and biodiversity
- Field experience in biological surveys or ecological monitoring is an advantage
- Strong data collection and analytical skills
- Good report writing and communication skills
- Ability to work in remote field locations
- Ugandan national or permanent resident
Responsibilities
- Assist in biodiversity monitoring programmes across operational areas
- Support environmental impact assessments and biodiversity surveys
- Participate in habitat monitoring and wildlife observation activities
- Contribute to the preparation of biodiversity management plans and reports
- Support stakeholder engagement on environmental and biodiversity matters
- Collect, record, and analyse field data on flora, fauna, and ecosystems
- Support compliance monitoring with environmental regulations and commitments
