Requirements

• Relevant degree in finance, administration, or operations
• 7 to 10 years of experience in management, with previous experience managing large teams an advantage
• Solid knowledge of home loans products and service solutions
• Well-versed in financial industry standards
• Ability to leverage digitisation and technology to address business needs
• Energetic self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
• Project management experience is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational and administrative aspects of the home loans division including private and government schemes, pension-backed home loans, life assurance, homeowners cover, securities department, and cancellations
• Provide efficient administration service through careful planning, reporting, and updating of all related information
• Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
• Review and evaluate data from multiple perspectives, identifying inaccuracies and inconsistencies in detailed information
• Anticipate and meet the needs of internal and external customers while maintaining the highest service standards
• Manage strategic relationships within the home loans department to ensure delivery
• Initiate and manage projects required to implement the operations strategy
• Deliver on system change journey and continuous innovations
• Lead a team of team leaders and administrators
