Job Description

Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar cash handling or custodian environment
- Knowledge of ATM and cash management procedures
- High attention to detail and vigilance
- Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance standards
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer service through adherence to quality service standards
- Comply with relevant statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements related to cash and ATM/ADT custodian processes
- Ensure operational excellence through delivery of work processes according to defined quality standards
- Manage the replenishment of ATMs and ADTs as per laid-down procedures
- Ensure differences are accurately reported and maintain zero tolerance for discrepancies
- Maintain sound knowledge of cash and ATM/ADT custodian processes and procedures and how they interface with front-end systems
