Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of the SME banking Strategy within the region to meet targets for asset portfolio, Deposits, number of customers and revenue while ensuring good risk management.
- Client Relationship Management-enforce regular customer visits and financial health checks to understand clients’ business needs and provide advisory support.
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of high SME value clients within the region ensuring high customer
- satisfaction and retention.
- Plan and implement SME sale drives within the region in line with strategic strategies.
- Conduct regular sales drives within the region.
- Market analysis – Monitor competition trends and guide the bank on opportunities and possible risks.
- Responsible for delivering the financial targets within the region. Responsible for controlling costs within the agreed budget
