Requirements
- A minimum of a Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or any relevant discipline
- At least 2–3 years of experience operating fillers on a beverage line
- Working knowledge of high-speed filling, capping, and CIP systems
- Ability to read technical drawings and equipment manuals
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and hygiene standards
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the beverage filling machine to meet production targets
- Perform changeovers between formats and SKUs efficiently
- Carry out routine cleaning, sanitation, CIP, and pre-start checks
- Monitor fill accuracy, torque, seal integrity, and other quality KPIs
- Diagnose and rectify minor faults on the filler; escalate major issues to maintenance
- Support planned maintenance and continuous-improvement projects
- Adhere to plant safety, food-safety, and hygiene standards at all times
