Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
- Graduated within the last 2 years (class of 2024 or 2025)
- Strong technical foundation in engineering principles
- Interest in field-based oil and gas operations
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in remote field locations
- Ugandan national or permanent resident
Responsibilities
- Support field engineering activities under supervision of senior engineers
- Participate in well operations including drilling, completion, and workover activities
- Assist in monitoring and optimising field production operations
- Conduct data collection and analysis to support engineering decisions
- Prepare technical reports and field documentation
- Adhere to health, safety, and environment (HSE) standards and procedures
- Learn and apply engineering best practices in an operational environment
