Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Petroleum Geoscience, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline
- Graduated within the last 2 years (class of 2024 or 2025)
- Interest in field-based oil and gas operations
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong commitment to health, safety, and environment standards
- Ability to work in remote field locations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ugandan national or permanent resident
Responsibilities
- Participate in day-to-day field operations activities under supervision
- Assist in monitoring of production facilities and equipment
- Support maintenance and inspection activities in the field
- Contribute to data recording and operational reporting
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures and HSE requirements
- Collaborate with field teams on production optimisation activities
- Assist in troubleshooting operational issues
- Participate in safety drills and training programmes
