Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
- Graduated within the last 2 years (class of 2024 or 2025)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ugandan national or permanent resident
Responsibilities
- Support real-time monitoring of production operations from the Smart Room
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting of production performance
- Participate in optimisation of production processes through data-driven insights
- Learn and apply production monitoring tools and systems
- Collaborate with field operations and engineering teams
- Support preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
- Assist in identifying anomalies and escalating issues to senior engineers
