Requirements
- National Senior Certificate / Full N3 / NCV Level 4 with Mathematics, Science and Business English
- Occupational Trade Certificate - Electro Mechanic
- Flameproof Certificate and Gas Testing Certificate
- 8+ years relevant experience
- Strong leadership, troubleshooting and compliance management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead provision of effective electro-mechanical equipment maintenance and reliability
- Plan, control and manage operations/maintenance activities and ensure maximum task quality and efficiency
- During emergencies, evaluate abnormalities and take corrective action to avoid downtime and SHE incidents
- Coach and technically train own staff; ensure practical declaration of competence for plant operation
- Conduct potential deviation analysis (PDA), root cause analysis (RCA) and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance to PSM, SHERQ legal standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Manage team performance, motivation, wellness and adherence to company values
