Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, BBIT, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related relevant field
  • 2 years of experience in an operations support function in a busy Enterprise or Telco implementation and deployment environment or a Supplier/Partner Management role
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Project management skills and good working knowledge of finance and budgeting
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum
  • Fair appreciation of telecommunications/IT and network-related equipment and solutions

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end planning and management of CAPEX and OPEX budgets across enterprise programs and projects
  • Support annual budgeting cycles and provide financial input into business cases and solution design
  • Monitor budget performance, track variances, and ensure financial governance and cost control
  • Manage onboarding, governance, and performance of partners including KPI and SLA tracking and reviews
  • Ensure compliance with contracts and oversee partner payments, documentation, and reporting accuracy
  • Maintain and optimise IMS reporting ensuring data integrity and zero historical liabilities through proactive reconciliation
  • Oversee full inventory and asset lifecycle management including procurement, deployment, tracking, and disposal
  • Ensure stock availability using demand forecasting and align procurement with pricing and vendor requirements
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and governance across financial, inventory, and partner management functions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Tech Strategy, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Business teams
