Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, BBIT, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related relevant field
- 2 years of experience in an operations support function in a busy Enterprise or Telco implementation and deployment environment or a Supplier/Partner Management role
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Project management skills and good working knowledge of finance and budgeting
- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum
- Fair appreciation of telecommunications/IT and network-related equipment and solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and management of CAPEX and OPEX budgets across enterprise programs and projects
- Support annual budgeting cycles and provide financial input into business cases and solution design
- Monitor budget performance, track variances, and ensure financial governance and cost control
- Manage onboarding, governance, and performance of partners including KPI and SLA tracking and reviews
- Ensure compliance with contracts and oversee partner payments, documentation, and reporting accuracy
- Maintain and optimise IMS reporting ensuring data integrity and zero historical liabilities through proactive reconciliation
- Oversee full inventory and asset lifecycle management including procurement, deployment, tracking, and disposal
- Ensure stock availability using demand forecasting and align procurement with pricing and vendor requirements
- Drive process improvements, automation, and governance across financial, inventory, and partner management functions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Tech Strategy, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Business teams
