Requirements

• Demonstrable expertise with Android OS including rooting, flashing, and phone configuration
• Proven ability to systematically diagnose technical issues and conduct root cause analysis
• Experience developing and delivering technical training programs
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with Samsung KNOX, Softlock, or similar device management platforms preferred
• Ability to work across Nigeria and Ghana markets

Responsibilities

• Own the complete technical customer experience for M-KOPA phones in Nigeria and Ghana
• Conduct root cause analysis on device issues and develop systemic solutions
• Develop and maintain RFS (Ready for Sale) configuration processes at scale
• Design and deliver training programs for Retail, Operations, and Commercial teams on device configuration and repair
• Conduct firmware update testing, configuration testing, and customer experience validation
• Partner cross-functionally with Retail, Operations, and Commercial teams
• Ensure technical excellence across hundreds of thousands of devices for first-time smartphone users
• Support expansion of M-KOPA infrastructure from 7 million toward 10 million customers
