Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of banking experience with at least 3 years in a senior relationship or sector management role
- Deep understanding of the education sector and MSME banking
- Proven track record in business development and portfolio management
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of the Education Institutions MSME sector strategy aligned with retail and MSME business objectives
- Identify market opportunities through continuous monitoring of sector trends and drive growth initiatives
- Oversee the Education Institutions MSME team, ensuring effective resourcing and capability building
- Collaborate across Branch and Digital channels to drive sector penetration
- Partner with product and innovation teams to design sector-specific financial solutions including tailored lending and payment products
- Drive revenue growth, portfolio quality and customer acquisition targets for the education sector
