Requirements
- Relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Banking or related field
- Experience in trade finance and international payments (SWIFT) processing
- Strong knowledge of foreign currency transactions and reconciliation
- Excellent customer service orientation with ability to manage complex queries
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Validate foreign currency cheque transactions and process SWIFT inflows and outflow transactions
- Ensure first-time resolution of customer queries and complaints; manage turnaround times and service levels
- Drive sales across product and campaign initiatives to exceed set targets; maximise cross-selling opportunities
- Propose improvements on internal processes that impact service levels and customer satisfaction
- Report on transactional activity progression and operational performance within set guidelines
- Investigate and flag opportunities to migrate to platform; support technology-driven process improvements
- Manage team delivery, coach staff, and contribute to talent development and performance management
