Requirements

Relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Banking or related field
Experience in trade finance and international payments (SWIFT) processing
Strong knowledge of foreign currency transactions and reconciliation
Excellent customer service orientation with ability to manage complex queries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities

Validate foreign currency cheque transactions and process SWIFT inflows and outflow transactions
Ensure first-time resolution of customer queries and complaints; manage turnaround times and service levels
Drive sales across product and campaign initiatives to exceed set targets; maximise cross-selling opportunities
Propose improvements on internal processes that impact service levels and customer satisfaction
Report on transactional activity progression and operational performance within set guidelines
Investigate and flag opportunities to migrate to platform; support technology-driven process improvements
Manage team delivery, coach staff, and contribute to talent development and performance management
