Seeking an experienced professional with over 7+ years of experience in human resources principles, practices and legislation. Strong understanding of HR, particularly as an HRBP. Human Resources Practice: Strong practical knowledge of core HR functions including performance management, employee relations, talent management, HR operations, and policy implementation, aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills for assessing training effectiveness, tracking progress, and providing data-driven insights for improvement. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly for designing training content and facilitating learning sessions. HR Systems & Database Management: Proficiency in managing HR databases and information systems, ensuring data accuracy, and generating reports to support compliance, reporting, and workforce planning. Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other team members, contributing to a positive working environment. Problem Solving: Creative and critical thinking skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and continually improve learning and development processes Leadership and Supervision: Capable of providing leadership and support to team members, including coordinating training sessions and managing training resources.
