Job Purpose The Hardware You’ll be responsible for the full hardware lifecycle, from designing circuit boards to empowering our repair technicians with the mastery they need to keep our fleet running. You are the link between complex electronics and the everyday business owners who depend on them. Key Responsibilities Design & Innovation: Create electronic hardware circuits and PCB layouts that meet our high standards for performance and reliability. Product Mastery: Maintain and update the technical "source of truth" for our designs, including parts lists and bills of materials. Rigorous Testing: Conduct hands-on testing of products and tools, identifying design gaps and recommending modifications to make our hardware even better. Strategic Research: Analyse hardware specifications and market trends to determine the feasibility of new designs or modifications. You will balance strategic leadership with deep technical work to ensure our systems and our people can scale linearly with our hyper-growth.
