In this role, you will shape and strengthen brand positioning, drive revenue through integrated marketing strategies and strategic partnerships, and deliver exceptional on-property activations that enhance guest satisfaction while supporting commercial performance. You will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive digital and social media strategies designed to increase online revenue, elevate brand visibility, and meaningfully engage target audiences. This includes managing campaigns, content and asset creation, and brand-led initiatives to ensure all marketing efforts align seamlessly with the brand identity and culture of Fairmont The Norfolk and Fairmont Mara Safari Club. The role also serves as a key brand ambassador, representing the properties through media engagement, strategic partnerships, and curated guest experiences, while ensuring full alignment with the global brand standards of Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Accor. Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in Digital/marketing/communications, preferably in a hotel or travel industry environment. The successful candidate will be an extremely organized, detail-oriented, professional, and a self-motivated team-player with excellent interpersonal skills.
