The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the HR department, overseeing recruitment and talent development, and maintaining professional relationships with government bodies while ensuring full compliance with local labour and immigration laws. Salary: NGN 150,000 - 250,000 per month (negotiable). Recruitment & Talent Development: Prepare quarterly recruitment plans. Develop semi-annual talent growth programs. Plan and coordinate annual team-building events and year-end parties. Government Relations: Stay updated on local government policies and maintain strong working relationships with relevant agencies. Provide timely updates and reports to management. Compliance & Company Interests: Handle all HR matters from the company's perspective while ensuring compliance with labour regulations and immigration policies for foreign employees. Strategic Planning: Utilise professional experience and company needs to propose reasonable plans for talent development and organisational structure. A minimum of 3 years of HR experience. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and immigration compliance. Experience managing government relations and statutory HR functions. Ability to develop and implement talent development and organizational growth strategies.

Manage the HR & Administration department. Handle all corporate matters within the company. General Operations: Implement preventive and pre-emptive measures and procedures to ensure the safety of the physical and psychological working environment for all employees. Work across the organisation to maintain good communication, establish and train teams, and implement workflows and procedures when required. Tax & Accounting: Ensure timely preparation and execution of the monthly financial close process including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. HR Management: Manage labour law risks and ensure compliance with Nigerian Labour Law. Administration: Manage legal risks and ensure compliance with Nigerian Company Law. Manage office supplies and smooth operations of the office. Handle employee and office logistics as required. Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, accounting, or a related field. Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA (or national equivalent) is required. Minimum 5 years of experience in tax and accounting (including payroll-related statutory obligations), with at least 2 years in a leadership position. Experience in HR and legal is a plus. Excellent English language proficiency. Good working knowledge of tax, accounting, HR, administration, and health & safety regulatory requirements. Proficiency in Excel.
